The location of Snezhanka Apartments TMF is fantastic, close to a respectful and fun ten pin bowling alley. There is a great atmosphere around the place.

The room was neat then on the pictures and the staff nice! The hotel was in a beautiful location, close to the center. Besides, it was right by restaurants, an establishment where people have respect and stay-airport.

Thanks a lot all for a fantastic stay on holiday. Truly enjoyed our family apartment with bath. We had coffee and tea making equipment, a fridge, and an oven. The location was great in the center of Pamporovo. And it was also near a ten pin bowling alley-again, good price and fun, an establishment where people have respect and the local bars and restaurants. The stuff was very very helpful - we will come back.

The food options were fantastic, and the location was amazing, right by the town center, with great amenities and easy access to the slopes.

The Snezhanka Apartments Tmf exceeded our expectations with its jaw-dropping spaciousness and mind-blowing views. The pool was super enjoyable for our kids, and the location was excellent. The staff were friendly and the free wi-fi in public areas was a plus. We also appreciated the off-site car park and the 24-hour reception. The restaurant served delicious food and we loved the welcoming drink. The flat-screen TV in the room kept us entertained, and the electric kettle was handy for making tea. The ski equipment hire and ski school were convenient for our winter adventures. our stay was incredibly satisfying and we highly recommend this place!

The hotel had a great and stunning location just next to Pamporovo. I was upgraded to a comfy apartment that was even better than the pictures. - the room had coffee/tea making machines, multi-channel TV, and a dining area.

I enjoyed using the wellness centre with the hot tub and sauna, and the massages were a nice addition. The lobby bar and games room were a fun way to relax, and the ski bus was convenient.

Mmm, I just loved the inconsistent rooms, the "cartoonish" walls, and the freezing cold or hellishly hot bathrooms. So delightful.

The hotel's general areas were pleasingly decorated and had a warm and cozy atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated the comfortable seating areas and the accessibility throughout the hotel. It was easy to navigate and I felt safe moving around, even with my limited mobility.

I would have liked to see more assistance and consideration for senior guests. It would have made the vacation even better if the staff had been more attentive and understanding of the needs of older individuals.

Great location! Just a short walk from the ski slopes and only a few minutes from local restaurants and shops. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, always happy to help out with any queries we had. We loved the spa facilities, especially the sauna and jacuzzi - such a relaxing way to end a day on the slopes. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes.

Room wasn't the cleanest - we found some stains on the carpet and the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. The lighting in the room was quite dim, making it difficult to read or work.
